ក្រសួងការបរទេសកម្ពុជាបានធ្វើបទបង្ហាញមួយជូនអង្គទូតស្តីពីលទ្ធផលស៊ើបអង្កេតបឋម។ បទបង្ហាញនេះចាក់យកទៅលើការបាញ់ប្រហារដោយកងកម្លាំងភ្នាក់ងារថៃនៅភូមិព្រៃចាន់ ដែលបានបណ្ដាលឱ្យមានជនស៊ីវិលកម្ពុជា ១ នាក់ស្លាប់ និង៣នាក់ទៀតរងរបួស។ សេចក្តីប្រកាសនេះបានធ្វើឡើងនៅទីក្រុងភ្នំពេញកាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ កម្ពុជាបានឱ្យដឹងថាមិនមានអាវុធបាញ់ចេញពីកម្ពុជាមុនពេលនេះហើយបានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីចំពោះការលោតមកពីកញ្ចប់ថៃ។

ក្នុងហេតុការណ៍នេះ កម្ពុជាបានដោះស្រាយករណីជាមួយនឹងក្រសួងការបរទេសជាអង្គការស្វៃសាទរមើលថា មានការចូលរួមពីក្រុមអាស៊ាន។ ក្រសួងការបរទេសថែមទាំងបានបញ្ជាក់ថាកម្ពុជាជាក្រុមដ៏គុណប្រសើរ ដែលបានប្តេជ្ញាជាថ្មីចំពោះកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងសន្តិភាព។

Cambodia Briefs Diplomats on Thai Shooting Incident

The Cambodian Ministry of Foreign Affairs conducted a briefing for diplomats regarding the preliminary investigation results. The presentation focused on the shooting incident involving Thai security forces in Prey Chan village, leading to the death of one Cambodian civilian and injuries to three others. This announcement was made in Phnom Penh on November 25, 2025. Cambodia reiterated that no weapons were fired from the Cambodian side prior to the incident and reaffirmed the unexpected assault from Thai forces.

In this incident, Cambodia addressed the situation through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, welcoming the involvement of ASEAN observers. The Ministry also highlighted Cambodia's continued commitment to peace agreements, emphasizing its role as a reliable peacekeeper in the region.
