លោក ឌួង ឧត្តម និងលោកបណ្ឌិត ងួន វិទូ បានប្រគល់ផ្ទះអំណោយមួយខ្នង នៅថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ ផ្ទះនេះ ជាអំណោយរបស់រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រី ហេង សួរ ត្រូវបានប្រគល់ជូនជាពិសេសដល់គ្រួសារចំនួន ៣ ដែលមានភាពក្រីក្រខ្លាំង នៅភូមិបុសខ្នុរលើ ឃុំបុសខ្នុរ ស្រុកចំការលើ ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម។

ផ្ទះមានទំហំ ៤ម៉ែត្រ គុណ ៦ម៉ែត្រ ចំណាយថវិកា ៦,០០០ ដុល្លារ បានសាងសង់ដោយថវិកាពីលោក ហេង សួរ។ ស្ថាបនារឹងមាំប្រក់ស័ង្កសី មានបន្ទប់ទឹក និងចង្ក្រានបាយ។ ផ្ទះនេះ និយាយកាន់ការពន្យល់ជំនួយដល់កុមារកំព្រា និងគ្រួសារខ្វះខាត។

Minister Heng Sour's Gifted House to Needy Families in Cambodia

On November 9, 2025, Uddom Duong and Dr. Vitu Nuon handed over a donated house to three needy families in Bus Khnor Leu village. This house, a donation from Minister Heng Sour, was given to families residing in pobreza conditions, particularly orphans and impoverished families in Kampong Cham Province.

The house is 4 meters by 6 meters and costs 6,000 USD, funded by Minister Heng Sour. Constructed with sturdy materials and includes modern amenities such as a bathroom and kitchen, this initiative aims to provide secure shelter for those in dire circumstances, illustrating significant social support.
