អគ្គលេខាធិការដ្ឋានគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំការងារកែទម្រង់ការគ្រប់គ្រងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ បានរៀបចំកិច្ចប្រជុំពិគ្រោះយោបល់លើសេចក្តីព្រាងរបាយការណ៍តាមដាន និងវាយតម្លៃប្រចាំឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Raffles Hotel Le Royal ថ្ងៃទី៩ ខែមករា ២០២៦។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះដឹកនាំដោយ បណ្ឌិត យ៉េត វីណែល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ជាតំណាងក្រសួង និងគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំកែទម្រង់ ហើយមានអ្នកចូលរួមប្រមាណ ២៦២ រូប ពីក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន និងរដ្ឋបាលរាជធានី ខេត្ត។ គោលបំណងគឺប្រមូលមតិយោបល់ និងធាតុចូលបន្ថែមពីអង្គភាពជាតិ និងក្រោមជាតិ ដើម្បីធានាឱ្យរបាយការណ៍តាមដាន និងវាយតម្លៃប្រចាំឆ្នាំ៩៥ មានភាពគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ និងឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងបានច្បាស់លាស់លើការអនុវត្តកម្មវិធីកែទម្រង់ ដំណាក់កាលទី៤ 'គណនេយ្យភាពសមិទ្ធកម្ម' ដែលទាមទារឱ្យអង្គភាពសាធារណៈមានគណនេយ្យភាពលើលទ្ធផលការងារ។

អ្នកតំណាងក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការអនុវត្តផែនការសកម្មភាពរួម ដំណាក់កាលទី៤ នៅក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចនិងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ក្រសួង ស្ថាប័ន និងរាជធានី ខេត្ត បន្តមានវឌ្ឍនភាពល្អ បើទោះបីសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសកលមានភាពមិនប្រាកដប្រជា។ របាយការណ៍ព្រាងបានបង្ហាញពីសមិទ្ធផលកែទម្រង់ ដែលជួយឱ្យរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលឆ្លើយតបវិបត្តិ និងរក្សាស្ថិរភាពសេដ្ឋកិច្ចសង្គម បានយ៉ាងមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព ទាំងពេលកន្លងមក និងអនាគត។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះក៏លើកស្ទួយតួនាទីអង្គភាពជាតិ និងក្រោមជាតិ ក្នុងការពង្រឹងប្រសិទ្ធភាព តម្លាភាព និងគណនេយ្យភាពប្រព័ន្ធហិរញ្ញវត្ថុសាធារណៈ តាមស្តង់ដារអន្តរជាតិ ដោយរៀបចំធាតុចូលសំខាន់ៗ សម្រាប់បញ្ចូលក្នុងរបាយការណ៍ចុងក្រោយ ដែលនឹងដាក់ឱ្យគណៈកម្មាធិការដឹកនាំពិនិត្យនៅពេលក្រោយ។

MEF consults on 2025 monitoring report for public financial management reform

The Secretariat of the Steering Committee on Public Financial Management Reform held a consultation meeting on the draft 2025 annual monitoring and evaluation report at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal on 9 January 2026. The session was chaired by Yet Vinnel, Secretary of State at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, representing the ministry and the steering committee, with around 262 participants from ministries, national institutions and capital-provincial administrations. The meeting aimed to collect additional inputs from national and sub-national entities to ensure the 2025 report is comprehensive and accurately reflects implementation of Stage 4 of the Public Financial Management Reform Program, focused on performance accountability across all public institutions.

Officials noted that implementation of the Stage 4 joint action plan by the Ministry of Economy and Finance, line ministries and capital-province authorities is progressing broadly in line with plans, despite continued uncertainty in the global economic and financial environment. The draft report highlights reform achievements that have enabled the government to respond effectively to past crises and to build resilience against current and future shocks, while supporting growth, social stability and the investment climate. The consultation also underscored the growing role of national and sub-national entities in strengthening the effectiveness, transparency and accountability of Cambodia's public financial management system in line with international standards, with key inputs from this meeting to be incorporated into the final report to be reviewed by the steering committee.
