នារសៀលថ្ងៃទី៨ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ លោក ប៉េង ពោធិ៍នា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន បានអនុញ្ញាតិឱ្យប្រតិភូសមាគមជំរុញដល់ការលើកកម្ពស់សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម កម្ពុជា-អាស៊ាន ចូលជួបនៅទីស្តីការក្រសួង។ ការជួបនេះមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង និងមន្រ្តីពាក់ព័ន្ធ ដើម្បីពិភាក្សាការងារលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តការរវាងក្រសួង និងសមាគម ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់វិស័យសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន។ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានផ្តោតលើឱកាសវិនិយោគថ្មីៗ ក្នុងគម្រោងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ ដឹកជញ្ជូន និងសេវាដឹកជញ្ជូនសាធារណៈ ដែលអាចជំរុញដល់តភ្ជាប់ក្នុងតំបន់ និងការពង្រឹងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា-អាស៊ាន។

ជំនួបបានបញ្ជាក់ពីបំណងរបស់ក្រសួងសាធារណការ និងដឹកជញ្ជូន ក្នុងការស្វាគមន៍វិនិយោគឯកជន និងការសហការជាមួយដៃគូអាស៊ាន ដើម្បីអភិវឌ្ឍផ្លូវថ្នល់ ផ្លូវរថភ្លើង និងលំពែង។ ភាគីសមាគមកម្ពុជា-អាស៊ាន បានបង្ហាញការចាប់អារម្មណ៍លើគម្រោងដែលអាចជួយបង្កើនប្រសិទ្ធភាពដឹកជញ្ជូនទំនិញ និងអ្នកដំណើរ ទាំងក្នុងប្រទេស និងឆ្លងដែន។ ការពង្រឹងទំនាក់ទំនង និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការនេះ ត្រូវបានគេរំពឹងថា នឹងមានភាពអនុគ្រោះដល់កំណើនសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ការបង្កើតការងារ និងការបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពប្រកួតប្រជែងរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងសហគមន៍អាស៊ាន។

Cambodia, ASEAN Trade Group Explore Transport Investment Cooperation

On the afternoon of 8 January 2026, Minister of Public Works and Transport Peng Ponea received a delegation from the Association for the Promotion of Cambodia-ASEAN Economic and Trade Cooperation for a working meeting at the ministry. Senior leaders and technical officials from the ministry attended the talks, which focused on strengthening cooperation with the association and identifying new investment opportunities in public works and transport. Discussions covered potential projects in infrastructure, public transport services and logistics aimed at improving connectivity inside Cambodia and with ASEAN markets, thereby facilitating smoother movement of goods and passengers.

The ministry underlined its openness to private investment and partnerships with ASEAN stakeholders in key areas such as roads, railways and ports. The Cambodia-ASEAN association expressed strong interest in supporting projects that could enhance transport efficiency, reduce costs and expand regional trade flows. Both sides viewed closer coordination as an important contribution to Cambodia's broader economic integration with ASEAN, with expected benefits for growth, job creation and the country's competitiveness in regional supply chains.
