គណៈកម្មាធិការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សកម្ពុជា បានផ្ញើលិខិតបន្ទាន់ជូនដល់ឧត្តមស្នងការសិទ្ធិមនុស្សអង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ នៅថ្ងៃទី១៧ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ។ ក្រោយការចាប់អារម្មណ៍លើបញ្ហាសំឡេងរំខានដែលកើតឡើងដោយកងទ័ពនៅព្រំដែនកម្ពុជា-ថៃ។ ការប្រើប្រាស់សំឡេងបង្កការគំរាមកំហែងដល់សុខភាពរបស់ប្រជាជនក្នុងតំបន់នេះដែលមានរបួសត្រចៀក និងបង្កការលំបាក។

គណៈកម្មាធិការ បានជំរុញឧច្ប ដើម្បីអនុវត្តនីតិវិធីវិនិច្ឆ័យ និងការពារការប្រតិបត្តិការ ដែលយោងទៅតាមបញ្ហាសមស្របនេះ។ មានការរាយការណ៍ថា ការបំភៃដោយប្រោយស្តីទីធំការចាប់នៅព្រំដែនបានធ្វើឱ្យខូចប៉ះ ឬបន្ថយដោយកិច្ចការតិចជាងពេលនាក់ពីពីរជាពិសេសពីមនុស្សដែលអាចព្យ្រាប។
