នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងរ៉ែ និងថាមពល កែវ រតនៈ បានអញ្ជើញបិទសន្និបាតបូកសរុបលទ្ធផលការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៥ និងកំណត់ទិសដៅការងារឆ្នាំ២០២៦ របស់រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ នៅសាលប្រជុំសាលាខេត្ត។ សន្និបាតមានការចូលរួមពីថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំក្រសួង មន្ត្រីរដ្ឋបាលខេត្ត គណៈអភិបាលក្រុង ស្រុក អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន កងកម្លាំងប្រដាប់អាវុធ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការសរុបជិត៧០០នាក់ ដើម្បីពិនិត្យលទ្ធផលអនុវត្តយុទ្ធសាស្ត្របញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ ក្រោមការដឹកនាំរបស់នាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត។ សំណាកសកម្មភាពរួមមានការផ្ដោតលើបាវចនាប្រាំ និងអាទិភាពមនុស្ស ផ្លូវ ទឹក ភ្លើង និងបច្ចេកវិទ្យា ព្រមទាំងការអំពាវនាវឱ្យអង្គភាពទាំងអស់អនុវត្តកម្មវិធីនយោបាយរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនីតិកាលទី៧ឱ្យម៉ឹងម៉ាត់។

អង្គសន្និបាតបានលើកសំណូមពរជាច្រើន រួមមានបង្កើតមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលបន្សាបគ្រឿងញៀន បន្ថែមស្លាក និងភ្លើងសញ្ញាចរាចរណ៍ បន្ថែមថវិកាសង្គម និងប្រេងឥន្ទនៈ សាងសង់ប៉ុស្តិ៍នគរបាល៨កន្លែង និងទីបញ្ជាការកងរាជអាវុធហត្ថក្រុង និងបង្កើតអនុគណនីថវិការបស់ឃុំ សង្កាត់ សម្រាប់គោលនយោបាយភូមិ ឃុំ សង្កាត់ មានសុវត្ថិភាព។ កែវ រតនៈ ក៏បានលើកឡើងអំពីផលប៉ះពាល់ពីការឈ្លានពានពីប្រទេសថៃតាមព្រំដែន ២លើក ដែលបណ្តាលឱ្យខូចខាតសេដ្ឋកិច្ច សេវាសាធារណៈ និងបាត់បង់ជីវិតប្រជាជន ហើយបានបញ្ជាក់ពីការរៀបចំទទួលជនភៀសសឹក និងគ្រួសារកងទ័ព នៅកន្លែងមានសុវត្ថិភាពជាមួយការឧបត្ថម្ភស្បៀង អាហារ ជម្រក និងបណ្តុះបណ្តាលវិជ្ជាជីវៈ។ រដ្ឋបាលខេត្តបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណចំពោះប្រមុខរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បណ្ឌិត ពេជ ចន្ទមុន្នី ហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត កាកបាទក្រហមកម្ពុជា អង្គការមិនមែនរដ្ឋាភិបាល សប្បុរសជន និងអាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋាន ដែលបានគាំទ្រជាកម្លាំងក្នុងការថែទាំក្រុមងាយរងគ្រោះ និងគាំទ្រជីវភាពជនភៀសសឹក។

Keo Rottanak closes Pursat annual review meeting and sets 2026 direction

On 29 January 2026, Minister of Mines and Energy Keo Rottanak presided over the closing of Pursat provincial administration's 2025 annual performance review and the setting of work direction for 2026 at the provincial hall. Nearly 700 participants from national working groups, provincial and district administrations, armed forces and local authorities attended to assess implementation of the first phase of the Pentagon Strategy under Prime Minister Hun Manet, with focus on the five slogans and priority sectors of people, roads, water, electricity and technology. Provincial governor Khoy Rida urged all departments and local administrations to strictly implement the policy programme of the 7th legislature to strengthen local development and service delivery.

The meeting raised concrete requests to the national level, including creation of a drug rehabilitation centre, installation of more traffic signs and lights, additional social assistance and fuel budgets, construction of eight new police posts and a command headquarters for the Royal Gendarmerie in the town, and establishment of sub-accounts for communes, districts and the province to support the Safe Village-Commune policy. Keo Rottanak also highlighted that Cambodia has suffered impacts from two incursions by Thailand along the border, causing damage to the economy, public infrastructure and civilian casualties. He underlined that national working groups and the provincial administration have relocated displaced people and military families to safe areas and provided continuous food, shelter, education, vocational training and vegetable cultivation support, while the provincial authorities expressed deep gratitude to the head of government, Dr Pech Chantmony Hun Manet, the Cambodian Red Cross, NGOs, donors and local administrations for assisting vulnerable groups and war-affected families.
