លោកសាស្ត្រាចារ្យ ឈាង រ៉ា រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងសុខាភិបាល បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីបើកសន្និសីទសល្យសាស្ត្រកម្ពុជាប្រចាំឆ្នាំ លើកទី៣០ ក្រោមប្រធានបទ «ភាពប្រឈមនៃការវះកាត់ជំងឺមហារីក» ថ្ងៃសៅរ៍ ១០រោច ខែកត្តិក ឆ្នាំម្សាញ់ សប្តស័ក ព.ស.២៥៦៩ ត្រូវនឹងថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥។ សន្និសីទនេះកើតឡើងក្នុងខណៈពេលដែលរសជាតិ ត្រូវស្វែងការវះកាត់ជំងឺមហារីកថែមទៀត ដោយផ្តោតទៅលើការបង្ការនិងព្យាបាលជំងឺ។ បណ្ឌិតព័ត៌មានក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំបានបានផ្តោតលើការបង្ការរបស់សហគមន៍អន្តរជាតិ និងការការពារជំងឺបង្កើតច្បាប់។

ក្នុងពិធីនេះលោកបានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ដល់គ្រូពេទ្យបានបង្កើតការបង្ការបានយ៉ាងល្អប្រសើរទៅព្យាបាលជំងឺ ដែលបានបន្ថែមស៊ីជម្ពូ ម្យ៉ាងដែរការព្យាបាលរហ័ស និងប្រសិទ្ធភាពព្យាបាល។ បុរសរដ្ឋមានស្នាញ់ប៉ះពាល់ខ្ពស់លើការរាប់បញ្ចូលទាំងអង់គ្លេស ការាក្រើននៃការម្ចាស់ មាឌលក្ខណៈពិសេសក្នុងឪកាសអនាគត។

Cambodia Convenes Conference on Cancer Surgery Challenges

Professor Cheang Ra, the Minister of Health, presided over the 30th annual Cambodian Surgery Conference on Saturday, November 15, 2025, with the theme 'Challenges in Cancer Surgery'. The conference addressed the national plan to combat cancer from 2025 to 2030, highlighting the need for preventative and curative healthcare improvements in response to cancer's significant mortality impact. Key discussions included the ethical use of cancer services, technological advancements, and strengthening medical infrastructure.

The Minister emphasized the importance of collaboration and continuous professional development among surgeons. Recommendations for safe surgeries, alignment with WHO policies, and achieving universal health coverage were also discussed, underscoring the Cambodian government's commitment to mitigating cancer through accessible and effective healthcare services. In recognition of international partnerships, Professor Jacques Baulieux from France was honored for his contributions to Cambodian medical education and collaboration.
