កាលពីថ្ងៃទី៦ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ បានដឹកនាំការប្រារព្ធពិធីបណ្តែតប្រទីប និងសំពះព្រះខែ។ ការប្រកាសនៃពិធីនេះធ្វើឡើងនៅលើបូរីវប្បធម៌កោះសំពៅមាស ដែលជាសង្ឃឹមក្នុងការបង្កើនការយល់ដឹងអំពីទំនៀមទំលាប់ប្រពៃណីជាតិ និងការរក្សាភាពរីកចម្រើននៃវប្បធម៌។
