លោកស្រីបណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី ទេសាភិបាលធនាគារជាតិនៃកម្ពុជាបានថ្លែងថា ក្រោមការដឹកនាំដ៏ត្រឹមត្រូវ និងប្រាកដនិយមរបស់រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល បានធ្វើឱ្យវិស័យអប់រំ មានការរីកចម្រើន និងបានដើរតួនាទីស្នូលលើការកសាងធនធានមនុស្ស ដើម្បីរួមចំណែក ដល់ការអភិវឌ្ឍប្រទេសជាតិឱ្យកាន់តែខ្លាំងក្លា។ លោកស្រីបណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី ធ្វើឡើងបែបនេះក្នុងពិធីប្រគល់-ទទួលអគារបន្ទប់ទឹកស្អាតនៅសាលាបឋមសិក្សា តាំងក្រសាំង ក្នុងស្រុកសន្ទុក ខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ លោកស្រីបណ្ឌិត ជា សិរី បានថ្លែងថា ក្នុងនាមជាអ្នកបន្តវេនជំនាន់ក្រោយ យើងត្រូវចងចាំជានិច្ច និងដឹងគុណឧបការៈចំពោះថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំទាំងអស់ ដែលបានបន្សល់ទុកនូវ ស្នាដៃជាច្រើន ដែលនាំមកនូវឈ្នះ-ឈ្នះនៅក្នុងតំបន់។

លោកស្រីបណ្ឌិតបានអបអរសាទរចំពោះសាលាបឋមសិក្សាតាំងក្រសាំង ដែលទទួលបានអគារបន្ទប់ទឹកថ្មី ស្អាត និងរចនាសម្បើម។ លោកស្រីបានថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ដៃគូនានា និងស្ថាប័នដែលបានចូលរួមគាំទ្រការសាងសង់យ៉ាងល្អ។ ក្នុងនោះលោកស្រីក៏បានផ្តល់អំណោយ និងថវិកាចែកជូនសាលាបឋមសិក្សា និងគ្រួសារខ្វះខាតនៅក្នុងតំបន់។

Cambodia's Education Sector Shows Strong Management

Dr. Chea Serey, Director General of the National Bank of Cambodia, stated that under the correct leadership of the government, the education sector has progressed and taken a central role in building human resources to contribute to the country's stronger development. She made these remarks during a ceremony handing over new clean restroom facilities to being constructed at a primary school in Tang Krasang, Santuk District, Kampong Thom province. Dr. Chea emphasized the need to recognize past leaders' contributions that led to Cambodia's peace and development through win-win policies.

She congratulated Tang Krasang Primary School for receiving beautifully designed new restroom facilities. Expressing gratitude to partners and organizations for their collaborative efforts in the construction, Dr. Chea also provided donations and financial support to the school and to disadvantaged families in the area as part of her ongoing support initiatives.
