នៅថ្ងៃទី១៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក ប្រាក់ សោភ័ណ អភិបាលខេត្តសៀមរាប បានដឹកនាំក្រុមការងារទៅពិនិត្យទីតាំងដែលនឹងរៀបចំកម្មវិធីផ្សារទឹក និងជិះទូកកំសាន្ត ក្នុងឱកាសព្រះរាជពិធីបុណ្យអុំទូក។ ធ្វើឡើងក្នុងខែវិច្ឆិកា សហភាពសហព័ន្ធយុវជនកម្ពុជាខេត្តសៀមរាបបានតារាងកម្មវិធីផ្សេងៗដើម្បីជំរុញវិស័យទេសចរណ៍។ ក្រុមការងារផ្សេងៗនឹងអមដំណើរជាមួយបទបង្ហាញតន្ត្រីស្គរដៃ ការប្រណាំងទូក ការរៀបចក្ដោងស្តង់ពិព័រណ៍ និងកម្មវិធីសិល្បៈផ្សេងៗ។ ការរៀបចំនេះមានគោលបំណងស្តារនិងលើកស្ទួយសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរបស់ខេត្តតាមរយៈការគាំទ្រផលិតផលខ្មែរ។

នៅរសៀលនោះ លោកបានឧបត្ថម្ភថវិកាចំនួន ១០,០០០ ដុល្លារ ទៅកាន់កងកម្លាំងនគរបាលខេត្តសៀមរាបក្នុងការចូលរួមគាំទ្រ សន្តិសុខ និងការចាត់ចែងកម្មវិធីស៊ីជម្រៅដែលអាចមានភ្ញៀវជាតិ និងអន្តរជាតិចូលរួម។

On October 15, 2025, Prak Sophoan, Governor of Siem Reap, led a team to inspect the site for the planned water market and boating event for the annual Water Festival. Scheduled for November, the Cambodian Youth Federation of Siem Reap is organizing various activities to promote tourism. The events will include boat races, drum performances, exhibitions, and traditional arts, aiming to boost the province's economy and tourism through local Khmer products.

In the afternoon, the Governor donated $10,000 to the provincial police force to support security and manage events, which might see participation from both national and international guests.
