ក្រសួងធនធានទឹក និងឧតុនិយម បានចេញសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងអំពីស្ថានភាពធាតុអាកាសនៅទូទាំងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា សម្រាប់ថ្ងៃទី១ ខែមករា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦។ សេចក្តីជូនដំណឹងនេះ ត្រូវបានចេញផ្សាយ​នៅរាជធានីភ្នំពេញ ដើម្បីឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ អាជ្ញាធរ និងបណ្តាអង្គភាពពាក់ព័ន្ធ អាចយកចិត្តទុកដាក់លើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរអាកាសធាតុ និងរៀបចំផែនការរស់នៅ ធ្វើដំណើរ និងផលិតកម្មកសិកម្មឱ្យសមស្រប។ ក្រសួងបានបញ្ជាក់ថា ការផ្តល់ព័ត៌មានអាកាសធាតុជាប្រចាំ គឺមានបំណងជួយកាត់បន្ថយហានិភ័យពីភ្លៀងខ្លាំង ខ្យល់កន្ទុយព្យុះ ឬអាកាសធាតុប្លែកៗផ្សេងទៀត ដែលអាចប៉ះពាល់ដល់សុវត្ថិភាពប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចជាតិ។

ក្រសួងក៏បានអំពាវនាវឱ្យប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ និងមន្ត្រីរាជការ​នៅតំបន់មានហានិភ័យ បន្តតាមដានសេចក្តីជូនដំណឹង និងព័ត៌មានបន្ថែម តាមមជ្ឈមណ្ឌលព្យាករអាកាស និងបណ្តាញផ្សព្វផ្សាយផ្លូវការរបស់រដ្ឋ។ អាជ្ញាធរមូលដ្ឋានត្រូវបន្តពិនិត្យតំបន់ទាប ទន្លេ និងបឹងបូរទឹក ដែលអាចរងគ្រោះពីទឹកជំនន់ ឬខ្យល់កន្ត្រាក់ និងរៀបចំវិធានការបង្ការ និងការជួយសង្គ្រោះជាបន្ទាន់ ប្រសិនបើមានស្ថានភាពអាកាសធាតុមិនធម្មតាកើតឡើង។ ក្រសួងបានលើកឡើងថា ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់ និងការអន្តរាគមន៍ទាន់ពេលវេលា នឹងជួយកាត់បន្ថយការខាតបង់ទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ និងការរងគ្រោះជីវិតរបស់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

Cambodian Water Resources Ministry issues January 1, 2026 weather notice

The Ministry of Water Resources and Meteorology issued a public notice on nationwide weather conditions in Cambodia for 1 January 2026. The announcement, released in Phnom Penh, aims to inform citizens, local authorities and relevant institutions about expected weather patterns so they can plan daily activities, travel and agricultural production accordingly. The ministry underlined that regular weather information is intended to reduce risks from heavy rain, strong winds, local storms or other unusual conditions that could threaten public safety and disrupt the national economy. The notice forms part of the ministry's routine early warning efforts at the start of the new year.

The ministry called on residents and officials in vulnerable areas to continue monitoring official forecasts and updates from the National Meteorological Center and state media channels. Local authorities were urged to inspect low-lying areas, rivers and lakes that could be affected by flooding or squalls, and to prepare prevention and emergency response measures if abnormal weather occurs. According to the ministry, timely attention and coordinated response can help limit damage to property and reduce casualties among the population, while supporting continuity of transport, agriculture and local economic activity.
