នៅរសៀលថ្ងៃទី៣០ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោក កើត រិទ្ធ ឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី និងរដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងយុត្តិធម៌ បានអញ្ជើញជាអធិបតីក្នុងពិធីប្រកាសផ្ទេរ និងចូលកាន់មុខតំណែងប្រធានសាលាដំបូងខេត្តកំពង់ធំ។ ពិធីនេះបានប្រកាសតាំងលោក ឡុង កេសភីរម្យ ឱ្យកាន់តំណែងប្រធានសាលាដំបូងខេត្តកំពង់ធំជាផ្លូវការជំនួសលោក ផូង វណ្ណ ដែលត្រូវបានផ្ទេរ និងតែងតាំងទៅកាន់មុខតំណែងប្រធានសាលាដំបូងខេត្តកោះកុង។ ការផ្លាស់ប្តូរនេះធ្វើឡើងក្នុងបរិបទពង្រឹងប្រព័ន្ធយុត្តិធម៌តាមមូលដ្ឋាន និងរៀបចំគ្រប់គ្រងធនធានមនុស្សឱ្យសមស្របនឹងតម្រូវការការងារការផ្តល់យុត្តិធម៌ដល់ប្រជាពលរដ្ឋ។

Justice Ministry reshuffles provincial court presidents

On the afternoon of 30 November 2025, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Justice Keut Rith presided over a ceremony to transfer and install the new President of the Kampong Thom Provincial Court. At the event, Long Kesphirum was formally appointed President of the Kampong Thom Provincial Court, replacing Phoung Vann, who has been transferred and appointed President of the Koh Kong Provincial Court. The reshuffle is part of the Justice Ministry's efforts to strengthen the judicial system at the provincial level and to align human resource management with the growing workload and the need for more effective delivery of justice to citizens.

The appointment aims to ensure continuity and efficiency in handling cases in both Kampong Thom and Koh Kong provincial courts, avoiding disruptions to court operations. It also provides an opportunity for the new leadership teams to further improve judicial services, address public concerns more promptly, and reinforce the consistent application of laws in local jurisdictions. The move reflects the government's broader focus on judicial reform and institutional capacity-building within Cambodia's court system.
