ក្រសួងពិនិត្យ និងវាយតម្លៃស្ថានភាពអាកាសប្រាកដលើកន្លែងគ្រប់គ្រងទឹកក្នុងទូទាំងប្រទេស និងលើផែនទឹកអន្តរជាតិ។ ប្រជាជនត្រូវតែប្រយ័ត្ន និងអនុវត្តវិធានការប្រឆាំងការប៉ះពាល់។
