រាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាបានប្រកាសអនុក្រឹត្យស្តីពីការបង្កើតមូលនិធិស្រាវជ្រាវជាតិជាសាខាពិសេស។ មូលនិធិស្រាវជ្រាវនេះនឹងអាចលើកកម្ពស់សក្តានុពលស្រាវជ្រាវអំពីវិទ្យាសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងការបង្កើតនូវវិចារអភិវឌ្ឍថ្មីៗក្នុងសង្គម។ នេះជាគោលដៅដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់អភិវឌ្ឍន៍ជាតិ និងកែសម្រួលប្រព័ន្ធសកល។

អនុក្រឹត្យនេះគឺជាការសម្រេចប្រកាសដោយព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា ដោយមានការគាំទ្រពីសភានៃកិច្ចសហព័ន្ធខ្មែរ។ វាបញ្ចប់មូលនិធិជាតិជាមួយសិក្សាតំណាងនិងធនធានមនុស្សមិនចាំបាច់ចំណាយដើម្បីចងដៃតាមភាពប៉ិនប្រសប់កាន់តែខ្ពស់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សង្គម។

Creation of National Research Fund
