សារពិសេសរបស់សម្តេចហ៊ុន ម៉ាណែត បានផ្សព្វផ្សាយនៅថ្ងៃទី ២៩ ខែធ្នូ ឆ្នាំ ២០២៥។ ទីភ្នាក់ងារ STPM បានចុះផ្សាយថាសារនេះបានលាតត្រដាងពីវិស័យសំខាន់ៗនៃការអភិវឌ្ឍជាតិជាច្រើន។ អ្នកដឹកនាំបានផ្តោតលើការកែលម្អវិស័យអប់រំ សុខភាព និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ដើម្បីធានា ការរីកចម្រើនដ៏ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពសម្រាប់ប្រជាជនខ្មែរ។ សារនេះក៏បានទាក់ទាញយកសម្ដែងពីផែនការដែលនឹងអនុវត្តក្នុងអនាគត ដើម្បីលើកកម្ពស់សមត្ថភាពនៃវិស័យនីមួយៗ។
